We’re looking for a driven, people-first leader to join our team as Director of Admissions. In this hands-on, enrolling Director role, you’ll do more than manage—you’ll actively recruit and enroll students while leading a small, collaborative admissions team. You’ll shape the student journey from first contact to enrollment, all while mentoring your team and partnering with leadership to grow the college.
If you have a genuine passion for music, a track record of leading sales teams, and you thrive in a role where your personal contributions matter as much as your leadership, this is the opportunity for you. This role offers a competitive base salary plus monthly bonus.

Recruit & Enroll Students
Actively manage your own student pipeline and contribute directly to enrollment start goals alongside your team.
Guide prospective students through every step of the enrollment process—interviews, documentation, qualification review, campus tours and starts.
Execute Open House events, Student Appreciation events, and community outreach to expand the college’s visibility and pipeline.
Represent the college at job fairs and community events to engage prospective students and build lasting partnerships.
Drive Results
Manage daily outreach, follow-ups, and referral generation to consistently meet departmental goals.
Collaborate with leadership on the planning and execution of recruiting strategies and admissions initiatives.
