Founded by Dustin Boyer (formerly of Venture Music, the agency that launched Zach Top), Industry Plant exists to challenge the way music marketing is done. Where most agencies chase streams and follower counts, we go deeper: uncovering the “why” behind an artist’s appeal and building content, brand systems, and strategy around that core.

We work closely with artists and their teams to develop brand identities that reflect the real psychological and cultural value of their music.. Then we turn that clarity into strategy: visuals, messaging, social content, and audience development that actually resonates.
