Digital Marketing Manager
Position Overview
Oury, the independent electronic label founded by viral DJ/producer Majed, is seeking a TikTok-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead the growth and visibility of the Marketing department. With over 14M combined followers, Majed is one of the most dynamic forces in the electronic music culture —and we’re looking for a strategic, creative digital marketer who can translate that energy into record-breaking campaigns. Oury has an organic playlist network of 1.2M combined followers and is slowly becoming a force to be reckoned with in the electronic space.
You’ll play a central role in shaping digital strategies across platforms, building content and influencer ecosystems, analyzing performance, and helping convert viral moments into sustained fan engagement. This is a fast-paced, creator-driven environment where innovation, hustle, and taste are everything.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Own and execute digital marketing campaigns for all Oury releases—from planning to rollout to performance reporting.
- Understand and reflect Majed’s unique voice, brand, and audience across all creative output.
- Develop TikTok-first strategies that integrate original content, creator/influencer collaborations, and paid amplification.
- Build and manage relationships with a network of editors, influencer pages, meme accounts, and playlist curators (especially in genres like Phonk, Techno, and EDM).
- Lead short-form content ideation across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts in collaboration with the creative and artist teams.
- Coordinate asset creation with our creative director and external editors (including CapCut and Premiere workflows).
- Leverage internal and external playlists, clipper channels, and fan communities to drive streams and engagement.
- Analyze and report on digital performance using tools like Chartmetric, Spotify for Artists, TikTok Analytics, and more.
- Run targeted paid media campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google to boost key moments.
- Oversee fan funnel development—email capture, CRM, Discord/Telegram, and superfan strategies.
Required Experience
- Proven track record of successfully marketing music releases, especially in independent or creator-led environments.
- Deep understanding of TikTok culture, creator networks, fan pages, and current digital music trends.
- Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Canva; bonus points for After Effects.
- Experience building and managing influencer/editor relationships for campaign placements.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple fast-moving releases.
Preferred Skills
- Experience running paid ads on TikTok, Meta, Google, and Spotify
- Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp as a communication hub and community.
- Comfort with data platforms like Chartmetric, Viberate, and social media analytics.
- A background in working with electronic artists or viral creators is a major plus.
