Seeking an experienced, highly capable Personal Assistant to support an established, high-profile female recording & touring artist. This role requires exceptional judgment, emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to seamlessly manage both personal and lifestyle needs in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

The ideal candidate is female-forward, deeply organized, calm under pressure, and confident operating with autonomy. This is not an entry-level role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day personal logistics and scheduling
• Manage complex travel arrangements (domestic & international)
• Coordinate appointments, errands, and household needs
• Maintain detailed calendars, reminders, and personal records
• Act as a trusted point of contact
• Anticipate needs, troubleshoot in real time, and problem-solve proactively
• Support the artist during busy periods, events, and travel days
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements

• Significant prior experience as a Personal Assistant (celebrity, HNW individual, or executive level strongly preferred)
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable working independently and making sound judgment calls
• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations
• Flexible schedule with availability outside traditional hours
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Los Angeles–based
