=Your Realm:

Marketing Strategy & Project Management

  • Architect our overarching marketing strategy, synchronizing with the team to foster unwavering loyalty and cult among artists and collectors.
  • Harness data analytics to tailor campaigns, ensuring an 'always on' engaging digital presence.
  • Stay on top of industry + cultural shifts, infusing emerging trends into our campaigns.
  • Ensure punctual delivery of campaign milestones, adhering to set budgets.

Digital Marketing + Content Development

  • Collaborate with our brand design team, developing content for various Social Media platforms.
  • Collaborate with core teams, focusing on potent content strategies like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
  • Conceive and implement innovative campaigns, setting industry benchmarks.
  • Propel digital partnerships for artists, integrating influencer marketing strategies, both organic and paid
  • Pioneer digital innovations, positioning our platform at the industry leaders.

Community/ Audience Development

  • Cultivate artist-owned platforms, ensuring consistent growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with analysts to derive insights, optimizing campaign performance.

Activations / Events / Stunts

  • Create immersive experiences that captivate audiences, from pop-up showcases to large-scale engagements, ensuring that every encounter with our brand is memorable.
  • Organize and oversee events that range from intimate gatherings to sprawling festivals. Your role is to ensure that every moment is curated to perfection, resonating with our brand's ethos and vision.
  • Design bold and creative marketing stunts that not only capture attention but also weave compelling narratives about our brand, artists, and the culture we champion.

  • Experienced Marketeer, with 3+ years in music institutions, labels or platforms.
  • A true lover of emerging music in the UK
  • A curious mind, passionate about digital marketing in a dynamic ecosystem.
  • Deeply ingrained in internet culture, from TikTok trends to emerging tech landscapes.
  • A team player, adept at cross-functional collaborations.
  • An effective communicator, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
  • A meticulous project manager with an analytical and creative flair
  • Familiar with the UK’s music industry, understanding the nuances of content, creator marketing, and viral trends.
