9802 Management is looking for a dedicated, driven, music fanatic with an ear for undiscovered talent to join our team as a Spring 2024 a&r intern!

Responsibilities:

• Scouting for up-and-coming artists on various social media platforms
• Searching for producers and songwriters who would be interested in collaborating with our roster of artists
• Maintaining a list of statistics and demographics for potential collaborators that you pitch
• Providing feedback on demos

Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university (undergraduate or graduate student)
• Familiarity working with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Good ear for undiscovered, rising talent
• Comfortable communicating with talent
• A commitment of 15 hours a week
