ATC Live is a live booking agency based in Camden, London, with offices in Glasgow and Paris. We are looking for a management accountant to join our finance team in our London office.
Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join a busy live booking agency. Joining the finance team at ATC, the successful candidate will manage accounts at ATC Live and be responsible for all accounts processes associated with our artist’s bookings.
Prior experience in a live booking agency is an advantage and the successful candidate should be experienced with accounting software: QuickBooks/Sage/Xero.
Main Job tasks and responsibilities:
Leading the month-end process, including preparation of monthly reporting pack, actual vs forecast analysis and resolving potential variances
Assisting the Financial Director and CFO in yearly budgeting and forecasting
Preparation of quarterly tax returns, including VAT and FEU
Managing the monthly payroll process, arranging payments and submitting commission reports for payroll
Processing statements, payments, and queries for clients
Providing analysis and insight to help shape the direction of the business
Identify opportunities to generate efficiencies in our financial processes and actioning
Overseeing day to day tasks of accounts assistants such as expenses and accounts payable
Supporting the yearly audit process and assisting auditors with related queries
Handling and resolving escalated credit control issues
